There are 9 eSIMs for Namibia from 4 providers in our database
This eSIM plan from Instabridge is a very solid pick for your typical holiday in Namibia.
10 GB should be enough for the majority of travellers.
It's valid for 30, which is enough for most (if you’re lucky enough to be in Namibia for longer you can check-out the best plans for longer stays).

This $14.88 plan from Airalo is great for a short trip or weekend in Windhoek. With 2 GB, you’ll have enough data for messaging, looking directions on Google Maps, browsing restaurant reviews, and a bit of social media.
If you end up needing more data, you can always purchase a new eSIM package.

Every year, Namibia attracts many visitors for its desert wildlife like the oryx and springbok adventures, and colonial German architectural heritage, and a touch of huge dunes. If you're heading there soon, I've got some connectivity tips for you.
Because you won't be able to use your home mobile data as usual in Namibia, you'll probably want to get an eSIM instead. These can be downloaded and installed right from your phone ahead of time and offer affordable rates while you're abroad (certainly at least compared to roaming).
The travel eSIM market in Namibia is not a competitive market, with only 4 providers offering a very limited number of plans (from 1GB to 20GB), which puts the country in 222/236 position on our global Simsurf Index (you can find more market insights at the end of the page).
With as many as 9 different eSIM plans on the market according to our comparison (often with minimal differences), finding the best among them can seem tricky. That's why my team and I here at Simsurf have tested all of the eSIM providers available in Namibia ourselves and shared our highlights below!

Putting it simply, Saily was my personal favorite out of the more than 19 eSIMs that our team and I tested. I cannot recommend it highly enough for your trip to Namibia.
What makes Saily shine are two things: (1) its super low per-gig rates, and (2) its built-in privacy and security features, which come entirely for free. The app also offered the smoothest experience I've encountered yet. The security features include a VPN-like virtual location tool (powered by NordVPN), which lets you connect to your home network to stream local shows, for example.
Overall, Saily's affordability, security, and top-quality app make it our top choice as the best eSIM for Namibia and many other destinations. Enter SIMSURF5 at checkout to get 5% off your first Saily eSIM today!
